Meade Street Residence

Renovation
Addition

This 1940's home was designed by Frank C. Clark, a renowned area architect, whose work Hamlett Construction followed through thoughtful renovation. Although this home could not be considered “historic” by state standards, the renovations performed by Hamlett Construction greatly enhanced its future historic value.

The project allowed for a complete restoration with added living space and a two-car garage.

Utilization of the top of the garage space provided an area for a deck and outside dining.
